I'm ENFJ...

The personality test we took at the beginning
of the semester resulted in my case as  ENFJ. Each of the letters stands for different characteristics of the personality: E-extrovert, N-intuition, F-feeling and J-judging.

Below, you can find some details about that combination:

-ENFJ’s direct their energy towards the outer world of actions and spoken words. They try to build harmony in important personal relationships. Their lives are organized on a personal basis, seeking to develop and promote personal growth in people they value.

-ENFJ Population
Total: 4%
Male: 2.5%
Female: 5.5%

Strength and weaknesses of ENFJ, this website it presents a list of the good and bad sides of being ENFJ and honestly most of them are true, for example:

 Strengths:
-Loyal and committed - they want lifelong relationships
-Strive for "win-win" situations
-Driven to meet other's needs
Weaknesses:
-Tendency to be smothering and over-protective
-Tendency to be controling and/or manipulative
-Don't pay enough attention to their own needs
-Tendency to blame themselves when things go wrong, and not give themselves credit when things go right

The link above takes you to the career areas that are good places to look for a suitable occupation if you are an ENFJ. When thinking about these, remember that your perfect job might not be here, and that there are other professions that can meet these criteria in general.

Each tips provides an example of before/after section of a typical resume, plus a link to a website with many more resumes, ready to be present.
My interest brought the  tip#5, where it's told to analyze ads and job description to identify the key words. it seems like a good hint in creating a resume for this particular ad.

2) THE DAMN GOOD RESUME, website with lots of informations and useful tips. Provides a free resume template, to help you create your own resume. By following the steps through free resume templates you can create your own resume, including all necessary informations and choosing your own design and format.

3)BEST 10 RESUME WRITERS, Their website is divided into sections, besides the main page with additional links that take you to the process of "creating a resume". There are also sections with interesting articles about resumes; helpful already asked questions about the company.
However the website is more of a company providing a service of writing resumes than educational resource.

As you can tell there is plenty of websites, books, etc. with helpful tips to create a professional resume or simply just paid somebody to do so for you. But the question is if you have enough or the right qualities to include in your resume for the job you are applying???
